NOVO is that tool. One platform for fleet, customers, contracts, billing, and telemetry. Fast, mobile-friendly, and priced so that small operators can afford to start free.

We're a small team of senior engineers and operators. No offshore call centre, no chatbot maze. When you email support, the person who writes back also writes the code.

We hire people who've actually run rental businesses. Half the roadmap comes from those conversations, the other half comes from watching operators use the product live.

Our office is in Brisbane. Our servers are in AWS Sydney. Our support team works AEST hours, and our roadmap reflects Australian rules — GST, AU Privacy Act, AUD-first billing.

When something matters to Australian operators (like the changes to the Privacy Act in 2024), we ship it. We don't wait for it to make sense to a global product team.
